- Client registration
- You need to be a registered user to log in to the courses. You can register at http://www.rda.sk/registracia. After successful registration you will receive a confirmation email to the address you have provided.
- Registration is done only once. It allows you to access the client area where you can register for open courses, check your login profile and the status of your requests.
- Signing up for a course
- To enroll on a course you must be registered and logged into the client area of http://www.rda.sk/prihlasenie - see. point 1
- Once you have logged in to http://www.rda.sk/kurzy, you will select and open the course you are interested in from the open courses. In the field where the date, availability and price of the course are listed, click on the "Book Now" button. This will open the "Order Course" form, which lists basic course information and other course options. Once you have filled in the necessary options, you click on the "Bindingly subscribe" button.
- After you have successfully registered for the course, you will receive an informational email with organizational instructions to the address provided.
- Only clients who have completed the required minimum can sign up for higher level courses. The conditions of registration are specified in the course announcements.
- Prices
- The price for the course listed in the course schedule is the so-called basic price.
- In addition to the basic price of the course, the following fees may be charged: rental of a weapon and purchase of ammunition, in case the participant does not have his/her own weapon and ammunition in the required quantity at his/her disposal. These items with prices are listed in the course description. Rental of a weapon and purchase of ammunition can be selected when registering for the course - see. point 2.
- Payment and confirmation of course application
- The client enrolled in the course, based on the instructions in the information email (see point 2), will pay the price of the course as follows:
- the total amount by immediate bank transfer or card payment via the secure Comgate website or by depositing it into the company's account within 5 days of registering for the course (if this payment is not received, the course registration will be cancelled). Upon receipt of payment, the client's participation in the course will be authorized - an information email about the authorization will be sent to the specified email address.
- by agreement, payment on the spot in cash made at the beginning of the course is possible. After payment, a tax receipt for the full amount paid will be issued at the end of the specific month in which the course was implemented.
- The client enrolled in the course, based on the instructions in the information email (see point 2), will pay the price of the course as follows:
- Cancellation of participation
- Cancellation is possible in writing (kurzy@rda.sk) or by phone (+421 917 718467) at least 5 days before the course date.
- In case of cancellation within 5 days of the course, the paid price of the course remains as a credit for the client, which can be used for another course or another date. In case of cancellation less than 5 days before the course or non-attendance without informing, the amount will be forfeited to RDA without refund.
- Other conditions
- Course participants will receive a certificate of completion.
- Participation in the courses is only possible for persons who meet the integrity and reliability requirements of Act No. 190/2003 on firearms and ammunition.
- Course participants are obliged to follow all organizational and safety instructions of the instructors. The organizer reserves the right to exclude a participant without compensation in the event of serious breaches of organizational and safety principles and instructions.
- Personal data and their protection
The company collects personal data of the data subjects to the extent according to the data required by the registration. In accordance with the provisions of Section 13(1)(b) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act"), the consent of the user as a data subject (hereinafter referred to as the user) is not required for the processing of the personal data of the data subjects.
- The data subject acknowledges that RDA processes the personal data that the data subject enters into his or her user account for the purpose of providing the data subject's service within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions.
- RDA processes personal data solely for the purpose of providing the service to the user within the meaning of these general terms and conditions... The personal data processed by the company for the user is not personal data relating to health, biometric data, genetic data or personal data relating to criminal convictions or offences within the meaning of the Data Protection Act.
- RDA keeps confidential all data and personal data that the data subject enters in the user account. If RDA authorises other persons to process personal data, this is only for the purpose of providing the service within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions.
- In order to ensure the security of the processing of personal data, RDA has, taking into account the state of the art, the cost of implementing the measures, the nature, scope, context and purpose of the processing of personal data and the risks of varying likelihood and severity to the rights of data subjects, adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.
By enrolling in any course organised by RDA, s.r.o., the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
