This comprehensive program combines pistol and rifle training, low-light operations using NVGs (night vision devices), CQB tactics, the fundamentals of precision shooting, and performance-based shooting drills that will test and reinforce the skills acquired throughout three days of intensive training.
Participants will develop:

- The ability to perform under both competitive and operational stress
Day 1 – Fundamentals and Weapon Handling
- Advanced pistol and carbine shooting fundamentals
- Live-fire exercises on an open range focused on speed, accuracy, and weapon manipulation
- Target transitions and shooting on the move
- Reloading, malfunction clearance, and efficient weapon handling under time pressure Initial marksmanship assessment and performance baseline evaluation
Day 2 – CQB and Low-Light Operations (NVG)
- Close Quarters Battle (CQB) principles, including room entry and clearing techniques
- Team communication and coordinated movement in confined spaces
- White light employment for target identification
- Live-fire scenarios in low-light and no-light conditions
- Decision-making under stress and in limited visibility
- Tactical scenarios focused on solving realistic operational problems
Day 3 – Precision Shooting and Performance Drills
- Precision shooting fundamentals and ballistic principles
- Shooting from multiple positions using improvised supports
- Target engagements from close to extended distances
- Dynamic transitions between speed and precision shooting
- A tactical shooting competition integrating all disciplines covered throughout the course
- Awards ceremony and recognition of the top-performing shooters
- Tactical clothing appropriate for the season
- Eye and hearing protection
- Plate carrier with ballistic protection (training plates are acceptable; available upon request if needed)
- Ballistic helmet (training helmets or high-quality replicas are acceptable, provided they are equipped with an NVG mounting interface)
- NVGs (Night Vision Goggles) – available upon request; please indicate your requirement in the registration notes
- Tactical belt with magazine pouches (minimum: two pistol magazine pouches and one rifle magazine pouch)
- AR-15 platform rifle equipped with a weapon light, a minimum of four magazines, and either a red dot sight or LPVO; an IR laser aiming device is recommended
- Two-point rifle sling
- Handgun equipped with a weapon light and a minimum of four magazines
- Reliable duty-style OWB (Outside-the-Waistband) holster
- Permanent marker
Recommended Equipment:
- Wind-resistant outer layer (wind jacket)
- Rain gear
- Knee pads
- Water bottles or a hydration system
- Sleeping bag
- Electrolyte supplements
- Ammunition storage container (ammo can / ammo case)
Support for International Participants
For our international participants, we provide comprehensive support to ensure your stay is as comfortable and hassle-free as possible.

- Airport transfer to the RDA Training Center and return transfer to the airport upon completion of the course
- Accommodation at the RDA Guesthouse, conveniently located within the training facility
- Rental of all required training equipment, including firearms, NVGs (night vision devices), and any additional gear necessary to complete the course
